That moment of clarity when you realize how blurred your vision has been because you've had your focus set on everything BUT God. I've tried numerous times taking things into my own hands. What I realize is my hands aren't strong enough. I am incapable of molding my life and every circumstance I'm faced with because I don't hold the power. Sometimes we get so caught up in our own will that we forget whose will is going to succeed in the end. Every door closed is a blessing. Every cord cut is a lesson learned. It's so easy to say "it's not my will, but your will be done"; but do you really mean it? Today I say it and I mean it! I wondered why everything was going wrong and not according to plan -It's not my plan that's going to succeed anyway, if it's not aligned with the will of God. The self righteous blame God for the chaos that's brought upon their life. A true believer understands it's their fault and rely on the word of God and the Holy Spirit to instruct them on what to do. Don’t let anyone under pressure to give in to evil say, “God is trying to trip me up.” God is impervious to evil, and puts evil in no one’s way. The temptation to give in to evil comes from us and only us. We have no one to blame but the leering, seducing flare-up of our own lust. Lust gets pregnant, and has a baby: sin! Sin grows up to adulthood, and becomes a real killer. (‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭13-15‬ MSG) Today I humble myself before Christ and take my hands out of it. " Saying, Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but [always] Yours be done. (‭Luke‬ ‭22‬:‭42‬ AMP)" I encourage you to do your best to understand, it's only when you take your flesh out and allow God to step in that you will receive abounding Grace. Prayer: Holy Spirit guide me! Purify my heart O' God! Transform my mind from being transfixed on the will of my flesh. Father take hold of my life! Less of me and more of you! I pour myself out to be replenished by you! In JESUS name! Amen. Love, ChelCy
